Phil Harris
With experience of writing, narrative, concept and systems design, production, marketing and a strong skill drawing stick-people, Phil has worked on all types of projects from mobile to VR and AAA to Indie. With a couple of graphic novels and some TV work thrown in for good measure. Phil worked as the Design Consultant on the award winning Seance of Blake Manor and currently runs The OR Strategy, which supports creative arts, freelances in design, narrative and production, and is also a mentor for the Limit Break in the UK, which supports minorities and diversity within the games industry. Recently he finished his run of Scotlands oldest Table Top Roleplaying convention, Conpulsion, which raises funds for local charities and supports the indie game movement, as well as creating and developing a game with industry professionals in support of Ukraine and the rebuilding of their civilian infrastructure. Generally hired as a troubleshooter, Phil manages to dazzle everyone in a room with the glint off his bald head!
